Well today is the MansfieldandAshfield2020 business awards at the John Fretwell centre.
We are nominated for Best New Business and have reached finalist stage against some other incredible new businesses in the area! I don’t know how we’ll place but it’s made me reflect on our accomplishments over the last 10 months …
Starting with around 80 gowns we now have around 200 including a stunning curve range and our own label Prestige Bridal
We have partnered with an amazing designer and have completed several bespoke bridal gowns for gorgeous brides
We introduced bridesmaids, flower girl and junior bridesmaids gowns and these have been loved by brides
We have around 150 Prom, Pageant and evening wear gowns available off the peg with amazing savings
We have stunning jewellery and accessory ranges now in the studio
We have been able to support several local and national charities including:
Arena church community
Arena church food share
Lashes foundation
Sands
Stroke association
Local lady Katrina Taylor fundraiser
We’ve done grocery drops for struggling local families, donated several bridal, prom and maids gowns to local charity Dress for dementia and gifted items to brides with very difficult circumstances to work through and we’ve rescued a bride who had no gown 15 hours before she said I do and lots of Prom lovelies whose gowns weren’t going to arrive in time from other shops.
We’ve two weekend wonders who help on Saturdays and now have the need for a part time stylist to join us
We’ve gotten to finalist stage for best new business in the national women in business awards and it’s just the start… lots more to come, lots more developments in the studio, lots more supporting the community and lots more beautiful brides to support on their most special of days ❤️
Thank you to you guys because without your, love support and trust in us we wouldn’t be here 🥰
